Privacy Policy
Effective August 15, 2026
This policy explains what information zlarp collects, why, and what your choices are. The short version: we collect what we need to run a subscription marketplace, we don't sell your data, and we don't track you across the web.
1. What we collect
- Account information — your email address, and nothing else. Google and Apple also send us your name and profile picture during sign-in; we discard both before they reach our database rather than keeping them. If you publish apps you choose a public name, handle and picture yourself — those are the ones people see, and they are never taken from your Google account. We never see your password.
- Subscription and payment data — which apps you subscribe to and your billing history. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; they never touch our servers.
- Usage data — basic logs (pages visited, apps opened, timestamps, IP address) used for security, debugging, and keeping subscriptions working.
- Developer data — if you publish apps: your uploads, app metadata, and payout details you provide.
2. How we use it
To operate your account and subscriptions, grant access to apps you have paid for, pay developers their revenue share, prevent abuse, and improve the marketplace. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who we share it with
- Service providers who run our infrastructure: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). They process data only on our instructions.
- Developers of apps you subscribe to receive aggregate subscriber counts and revenue figures — not your identity, unless you choose to share it inside their app.
- Authorities, if the law genuinely requires it.
4. Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to grant access to apps you subscribe to. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. Delete your account and we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or accounting purposes.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us and we will honor them.
7. Children
zlarp is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
If we materially change this policy we will notify you before the change takes effect.
