Terms of Service
Effective August 15, 2026
These terms govern your use of zlarp, a marketplace where you can subscribe to web applications built by independent developers and add them to your devices. By creating an account or using zlarp, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You sign in with a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use zlarp.
2. Subscriptions and billing
- Apps are sold as monthly subscriptions, billed through our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are shown before you subscribe.
- You can cancel any subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
3. Third-party apps
Apps on zlarp are built and operated by independent developers, not by us. We review and can remove apps, but we do not author them and cannot guarantee their quality, availability, or fitness for any purpose. Your use of an app may also be subject to that developer's own terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse zlarp — including attempting to access apps without an active subscription, probing or disrupting the platform or hosted apps, scraping at scale, or using the service for anything unlawful.
5. Developer terms
- Developers may publish apps through the developer dashboard and set a monthly price. Developers receive 50% of gross subscription revenue for their apps, paid out monthly.
- Developers must have the rights to everything they upload, must not publish malicious, deceptive, or unlawful software, and must not collect user data beyond what their app reasonably needs.
- We may suspend or remove any app at our discretion, including for security, legal, or quality reasons. Earned revenue up to the suspension date remains payable unless the app violated these terms.
6. Content and intellectual property
Developers keep ownership of their apps and grant us the rights needed to host, distribute, and display them on the marketplace. zlarp's own branding, design, and platform code remain ours.
7. Disclaimers and liability
zlarp is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses caused by third-party apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as liability limits) do so.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as zlarp evolves. If a change is material, we will notify you (for example by email or an in-product notice) before it takes effect. Continuing to use zlarp after a change means you accept the updated terms.
